DZent Limited is a Hong Kong-based vertical AI enterprise dedicated to contract risk scanning and management. We believe an enterprise's largest hidden costs are buried inside contract and document clauses — so we built two flagship platforms: Vowpace AI, a pre-signature subcontract clause-risk review for US commercial subcontractors, and LC Shield, which pre-checks letter-of-credit documents against UCP 600 and ISBP 821 (2023) rules, typically under 30 seconds.
We are not a general-purpose AI company — we are specialists who take one domain to its limit: translating arcane international rules into auditable engines, turning hundred-page contracts into living obligation timelines, all while upholding a privacy-first architecture: LC Shield does not save uploaded documents to our servers after analysis, and Vowpace stores only redacted contract text. Based in Hong Kong, we publish this site in three languages; our products' language support is listed on each product page.
